How to Configure Meeting Room Booking Restrictions

To configure meeting room booking restrictions in Easy365Manager, do the following:

  • Open the room user account and select the Mailbox tab.
  • Click the Room Settings button.
  • Select Selected Delegates Can Book from the dropdown in the Booking Permissions section.
  • Select the delegates who are allowed to book the meeting room (all other requesters are rejected).
  • Click OK twice to apply the new configuration.
