To configure the meeting room booking window in Easy365Manager, do the following:
- Open the room user account and select the Mailbox tab.
- Click the Room Settings button.
- Configure the Booking Window (Days) in the Booking Processing section.
- To restrict recurring bookings, configure the Decline the Recurring Meetings Exceeding the Booking Window checkbox.
- Enabling Decline Recurring Meetings will reject recurring booking requests exceeding the Booking Window.
- Disabling Decline Recurring Meetings will allow recurring booking requests (but recurrence is capped at the Booking Window limit).
- Click OK twice to apply the new configuration.
