How to Configure the Meeting Room Booking Window and Recurring Restrictions

To configure the meeting room booking window in Easy365Manager, do the following:

  • Open the room user account and select the Mailbox tab.
  • Click the Room Settings button.
  • Configure the Booking Window (Days) in the Booking Processing section.
  • To restrict recurring bookings, configure the Decline the Recurring Meetings Exceeding the Booking Window checkbox.
    • Enabling Decline Recurring Meetings will reject recurring booking requests exceeding the Booking Window.
    • Disabling Decline Recurring Meetings will allow recurring booking requests (but recurrence is capped at the Booking Window limit).
  • Click OK twice to apply the new configuration.
