How to Configure Meeting Room Delegates

To configure meeting room delegates in Easy365Manager, do the following:

  • Open the room user account and select the Mailbox tab.
  • Click the Room Settings button.
  • Select Selected Delegates Must Approve/Decline from the dropdown in the Booking Permissions section.
  • Select the delegates that must approve or decline all booking requests for the meeting room.
  • Click OK twice to apply the new configuration.
