How to Schedule a New Auto-Reply

To schedule a new auto-reply, do the following:

  • Open up user properties, select the Mailbox tab, and click Delivery Options.
  • Select Enable automatic replies.
  • If you want to configure a schedule, select Schedule automatic replies and configure the schedule.
  • Configure an automatic reply to internal senders.
  • Select the scope for external replies and configure an automatic reply to external senders.
  • Click OK twice to apply the settings.
