How to Reset the Easy365Manager Configuration File

To reset the Easy365Manager configuration file, do the following:

  • Close AD Users & Computers.
  • Locate and delete the following folder:

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft_Corporation\Easy365Manager,_Version=_Path[string][id]

  • Restart AD Users & Computers.

Selecting the Office 365 tab or Mailbox tab will trigger a prompt for (re)configuration.
