To configure meeting room Wheelchair Accessibility in Easy365Manager, do the following:
- Open the room user account and select the Mailbox tab.
- Click the Room Settings button.
- Enable or disable the Wheelchair Accessible checkbox in the Room Settings section.
- Click OK twice to apply the new configuration.
