To configure a meeting room Floor in Easy365Manager, do the following:
- Open the room user account and select the Mailbox tab.
- Click the Room Settings button.
- Type the floor number (positive, zero, or negative) in the Room Settings section.
- Click OK twice to apply the new configuration.
Notice: Once a Floor has been configured, you can’t reset the property to null again (this is a limitation of the EXO API).
