How to Configure Meeting Room Capacity

To configure a meeting room Capacity in Easy365Manager, do the following:

  • Open the room user account and select the Mailbox tab.
  • Click the Room Settings button.
  • Enter the room capacity (zero or positive) in the Room Settings section.
  • Click OK twice to apply the new configuration.

Notice: Once a Capacity has been configured, you can’t reset the property to null again (this is a limitation of the EXO API).
