To configure a meeting room Audio, Display, or Video device in Easy365Manager, do the following:
- Open the room user account and select the Mailbox tab.
- Click the Room Settings button.
- Enter the name of the device in the Room Settings section.
- Click OK twice to apply the new configuration.
