Depending on your system configuration the installer may be blocked. This is solved by explicitly allowing the installation file to run.
Locate the .msi installation file, select properties, enable the below ‘Unblock’ checkbox and click Apply.
Afterwards you can run the installer and complete the installation. Keep in mind the system requirements and post-installation configuration for a successful installation.
