Cannot Connect to Microsoft Azure AD Connect

In some situations, you may encounter the following error message in Easy365Manager:

Cannot connect to Azure AD Connect

This error message indicates that you’re able to reach the server you configured but the server is not able to process Azure AD Connect commands.

Please check if the server is running Azure AD Connect, if the service “Microsoft Azure AD Sync” is running, and if Azure AD Connect is fully functional.
