Bad Username or Password

In some situations you may encounter the following error message in Easy365Manager:

This error message indicates that the username or password entered does not represent a valid Office 365 admin account.

To enable Office 365 management Easy365Manager must be configured with a valid Office 365 account. The account must be able to create, modify and delete Office 365 users and mailboxes.

Please check the credentials and try again.
