When running Easy365Manager for the first time you’re met with the following error message:
This indicates that you need to perform authentication with Office 365.
Authentication consists of two parts:
- Authenticate with Azure AD (for Office 365 user and license management)
- Authenticate with Exchange Online (for Office 365 mailbox management)
Click on the login button [→] to initiate authentication. You must perform this twice: One time for Azure AD and one time for Exchange Online. The accounts used must have the necessary rights to perform user, license and mailbox management in Office 365.
Your login is cached with secure encryption so you don’t have to log in every time you start AD Users & Computers. Depending on the security configuration of your Office 365 setup you will have to re-authenticate from time to time.
