An Error Occurred While Sending the Request

In some situations you may encounter the following error message in Easy365Manager:

An error occurred while sending the request

This error message indicates that Easy365Manager was not able to reach Azure for authentication of your Office 365 account.

This may be caused by lack of connectivity, local or remote firewalls or other types of network errors.

Please investigate that you have Internet access and are able to reach the Azure authentication servers.
